All products offered by Di’Tatyana.com are protected by a 7 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of received.
Money Refund: full amount paid, minus the shipping, gift wrapping or other charges, will be refunded to your Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Account.

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
Certain individual products are ineligible for return, as noted on the website pages displaying those products. Items offered at 50% off or more the original price are final sales.
Re-stocking fees
Due to high returning expenses a 10% restocking fee applies on Money Refund requests over $200 . No restocking fees are applied to lower value returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours from delivery ). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact us immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact us.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (shipping & re-stoking fees when apply excluded) will be credited when we have received and processed your return. Typically, within 7-10 business days after the item is delivered back to Di’Tatyana.
Second Returns
You can return your exchanged item within 7 days from the delivery date of your original order. Please note that for second returns, we can not guarantee refunds, only exchanges.

Contact us by email tatyana@ditatyana.com and let’s know what items and the reason of returning.
We will email you a Return Authorization Number and Instructions within two business days.
Follow the returning instructions contained in the email and ship the item back to the address listed within the same email.
(Repack the product in its original packaging materials. Do not include any other markings or text on the package except what is specified in our email instructions.)
Return freight charges must be covered by the customer. In case of product exchange, we will cover the cost to re-ship the new item back to the customer.
If you choose a refund, we will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card.
Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
